We Believe
The pastor and deacons of Fellowship Baptist Church acknowledge that any doctrinal statement is only a mortal human attempt to encapsulate the depths of a perfect and divine exposé. This does not in any way though, diminish the value of such a statement. The declarations that are stated beyond this point carefully detail our teaching position pertaining to the major biblical doctrines, and also support a structure for curriculum and proper instruction for the ministry. They also help to safeguard our establishment against theological drift. Therefore, our pastor, deacons, and all other leadership position members are required to annually sign that they are in agreement with this Statement of Faith.
Our Ministers
Welcome to Fellowship Baptist Church where Christ is exalted, God is glorified, and where we believe preaching is the medium which God has established.Our Ministry
Ministry can be divided into two categories: inreach and outreach. Inreach refers to the ministry that is provided towards those who are already a part of the body of Christ. The aim of this sort of ministry is defined in Ephesians 4:12 – “For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Outreach is a term used to designate the ministry preformed towards those that are not yet members of Jesus’s kingdom. Paul sums up this entrusted ministry for us in 2 Corinthians 5:19, 20 when he says that God has “committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” At FBC we strive to stay on target in fulfilling the biblical design of both inreach and outreach ministries.
